We are looking for a competitive and trustworthy Technical Sales & Marketing Executive to help us build up our business activities.

Technical Sales & Marketing Executive responsibilities include discovering and pursuing new sales prospects, negotiating deals, and maintaining customer satisfaction. If you have excellent communication skills and feel comfortable reaching out to potential customers to demonstrate our services and products through email and phone, we’d like to meet you.

Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media
Set up a demo with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns
Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and new module
Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data
Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share it with internal teams


Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role
2-3 years experience in IT company sales.
Proficiency in English
Excellent knowledge of MS Office
Hands-on experience with Zoho software is a plus
Master’s degree in marketing, business, or related field.
Proven work experience as a sales and marketing executive.
To provide social media and email inquiries to the clients.
Update new features to clients through email or call.
Schedule demo for the potential client.
Share proposal and pricing with clients.
Attend telephonic calls for inquiries.


Good project management skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
High-level communication and networking skills.
Knowledge of modern marketing techniques.
A passion for sales and understanding of commercial trends and marketing strategies.
Ability to work well under pressure.
